Terms of Service

By accessing or using KDP Atlas you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or organisation may not operate multiple accounts to gain additional Free plan credits.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Abuse of the platform, its credits, or the Free plan, including multi-account farming.
• Scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of KDP Atlas data or results.
• Automated attacks, including denial of service, credential stuffing and brute force attempts.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive our source code, models or scoring logic.
• Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs or data that do not belong to you.
• Reselling or redistributing KDP Atlas outputs as a competing data service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Premium tools consume credits from your monthly allowance. Credits are allocated per billing cycle, do not carry over unless stated, and have no cash value. Credits are deducted for successful new analyses; opening previously saved analyses is free. Failed requests are not charged.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Plan limits, credits and pricing are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

KDP Atlas, its branding, interface, scoring methodology and software are our property. You retain ownership of the content you create using the platform, including book ideas and titles you publish.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features depend on third-party data providers and may be temporarily degraded, limited or changed. Research results are estimates, not guarantees of sales performance.

KDP Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, publishing decisions, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform, or create legal or security risk.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of the KDP Atlas operator, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
