Viewing your credit history
Where usage is recorded and how to read it.
Your balance and history live in the Subscription area of your account. The history lists each transaction with the feature, cost, status and resulting balance.
The latest entries are shown by default and you can expand the list to see more. Grants and declined charges appear alongside successful ones, so the record explains every change to your balance.
If a charge does not look right, note the entry and its time and contact support so it can be checked.
